- Registered participants will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please ensure that the correct e-mail address is provided for all registrants.
- If you are purchasing a ticket as a surprise gift for someone, please enter your own e-mail address for that person (so that the confirmation will go to you), and contact us at donna.rodgers-grouchy@dfo-mpo.gc.ca to let us know that this is to be a surprise.
- Registration is not confirmed until payment or P.O. # is received. Seating is limited, so seats will be confirmed on a first-paid basis.
- Cancellations received by the deadline date will be refunded, less a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations received after that date are not refundable.
Due to allergies and scent sensitivities, we have been specifically requested to provide a scent-free environment.
